King family Christmas party.

Mikes moms family does a Christmas party every year around this time of year. We usually try to go. It is fun to see all of Mikes cosins and aunts and uncles all in one place. Since Christmas is about being with family it is fun to be with everyone. They always do a talent show every year. They start with the oldest of the ten kids and move on down the line. Mike and I desided to try and see if Wade was old enough to do a talent. I practest with him this past week and I think he did pretty well. He is kinda a ham so I didn't thought he wouldn't mind being in front of all of the people I just wasn't sure how he would act. Lana is the oldest of her siblings so we had them start youngest to oldest this year. I thought if Wade saw other people go first he would have more of an idea what he was supposed to do. I had Mike film it. If you can't hear he is singing, "Santa Clause is Coming to Town." Enjoy.

So funny!

So we went to Richfield for the King family Christmas party on sat. Mikes mom has a tredmill in her basment. Wade wanted to try it so Mike turned it on for him, and this is what Wade came up with. The second time around Mike tells Wade he is slowing down the tredmill, but he really sped it up. It is not very bright, but I think you can still see. Sorry for my anoying laugh, I thought this was pretty funny. Oh the things that kids come up with.

Christmas tree hunt.

Isn't it beautiful.
Daddy and Wade-o hiking threw the snow.
Timber.

On Sat. morning we got up early and headed up the mountain with Wade. We left Kingston behind with Grandma. Wade was so excited because we were going on a Christmas tree hunt. When we got up in to the snow Wade started bouncing up and down. As soon as we got out the first thing Wade did was throw a snow ball at me. It was cute. We hiked threw the snow for a little ways untill we found our nice tree. We love having the family tradition of cutting down a Christmas tree. It brings our family together and it is really fun. I think we got ourselves a nice one.

Santa!!!

It has been a long time since I have blogged. We have been crazy moving and getting ready for the holidays. This weekend we were able to go to Richfield for Thanksgiving. It was such a nice trip. Wade and Kingston love to go to thier Grandma and Grandpa Ogdens house. Lana cooked this amazing meal and we all stuffed our selfs full of turkey and stuffing and mashed potatos and cranberry sauce for about three days. It was awesome. The day after Thanksgiving Santa comes to Richfield on main street. He has a little red santa building that sitts empty all year round untill the day after Thanksgiving when Santa comes. It is really neet because Mike has all of these memorize as a kid going to see Santa at his little work shop and now our boys get to do it. Wade was really excited when he first saw Santa but when it was time for him to sit on his lap he got a bit nervise. Kingston didn't care much. Wade was to nervise to tell Santa what he wanted so I had to do it. Wade will talk to the dirtiest, scariest bum on the street, but he wont talk to santa. Oh well maybe next year.
